Another excellent episode. Very ambitious. I recognize that you continue to stretch beyond what you have done before in previous episodes. Also, I enjoy the inclusion of fun sound effects (like the bit of the Ironside TV show theme song when Wendy looses it in the indian camp). Bravo. Likewise with the bit of fun you had with the audience nursing Tink back to life. Well done.

After listening to this one and getting so much of the history behind the play- I realized how many times the movie “Hook” attempted to get it right. They directly quote the play in several scenes- and the Maggie’s school play in the beginning appears to be verbatim.
Kathleen says
I was surprised when you didn’t mention the Broadway musical adaptation of Peter Pan. I throughly enjoy the musical version. I think that you should have referred to that instead of the play. I think people are more familiar with it than the straight play.
Paul says
I did mention it. I didn’t make comparisons between Disney’s version and the Broadway version because Disney’s film wasn’t based on the Broadway version. 🙂
